We are a specialist asbestos surveying consultancy based in London whose management team has been involved in the asbestos industry for over 25 years. We undertake asbestos surveying work ranging fromindustrial and commercial properties to domestic buildings.

With our office based in North Finchley, London we provide asbestos surveys to all area of
Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Our team of experienced and fully qualified staff will carry out surveys and remove all types of asbestos, providing piece of mind, reassurance and healthy work and living spaces for all of our clients.

All our surveyors are qualified to P402 standards (the qualification recognised as the competency standard by the Health and Safety Executive).
 
Our surveys are designed to satisfy the law on asbestos management, the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
 
Our samples are sent to an independent UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis.

We will identify where asbestos is present in your building and provide risk assessments in accordance with government guidelines (HSG247).

We will provide you guidance in clear English and assist you in the implementation of the management plan. Where asbestos is in such poor condition that the only reasonable course of action is for it to be removed, we can help you find the right Asbestos removal contrator to undertake the project.

Where asbestos is in good condition and can remain in situ we offer an annual re-inspection plan.

The purpose of re-inspection is to monitor the condition to ensure that the asbestos has not deteriorated over time (typically through impact or accidental damage) and that the statutory risk assessment associated with asbestos is up to date.
